Ethlical (ethical combined with evangelical, or "EE") movies are produced from stories that will help viewers know of God's amazing grace. They can be viewed as faith friendly entertainment or studied for their spiritual messages. The Storylines embedded in Good Friday are subtle and need attention to be digested. The ethlical principle of honesty is revealed by a critical analysis of each characters actual behavior.

Addicts admit that they have lost the ability to control their addiction. Codependents admit that they have lost the ability to control others. These confessions are difficult, but essential, if a person trapped in a disordered behavior is to recover. The disorder underlying a behavior may be caused by an untreated emotional trauma. The afternoon that my daughter lost her battle to cancer, I lost my hope that God would grant us a miracle and heal her body. I share this experience as a father who lost all hope; and found it again in the preaching of Jesus.
